About the artist
trumpet
New Orleans trumpeter, composer and bandleader formerly known as Christian Scott, nephew of saxophonist Donald Harrison Jr. He coined 'stretch music' to describe his mix of jazz, trap and West African and Black Indian traditions, and designs his own instruments, including the Adjuah trumpet and the harp-like Adjuah bow.
