drums
Queens-born drummer Marcus Gilmore, grandson of Roy Haynes, has played with Chick Corea, Vijay Iyer, Pat Metheny and many more. His debut as a leader, Journey to the New: Live at the Village Vanguard, topped The New York Times' list of 2025's best jazz albums.
