About the artists
piano
Pianist Emmet Cohen plays joyful, swinging jazz rooted in stride and the Great American Songbook. His weekly livestream Live From Emmet's Place, started in his Harlem apartment in 2020, has drawn a huge online audience, and his Masters Legacy Series pairs him with elders like Ron Carter and Benny Golson.
guitar
Leo Larratt is an Australian guitarist based in Upper Manhattan who plays warm, swinging straight-ahead jazz on a vintage Gibson. A protégé of the late Russell Malone, he plays in George Coleman's quintet, and his debut album is Casa Roxa.
