Grant Stewart
Toronto-born tenor saxophonist who moved to New York at 19 and has been part of the Smalls scene since the club opened in 1993. Steeped in Rollins, Coltrane, Don Byas and Lester Young, he studied with Barry Harris and has recorded for Criss Cross, Sharp Nine and Cellar Live.
