Cindy Blackman Santana
Ohio-born drummer Cindy Blackman Santana moves easily between jazz and rock. She cut her teeth on the New York jazz scene, spent many years behind Lenny Kravitz, honored Tony Williams with Spectrum Road, and drives Santana's band. Her new album Coherence features John McLaughlin and Carlos Santana.
