Anthony Wonsey
Chicago-born pianist Anthony Wonsey plays rich, blues-soaked post-bop. He spent five years touring with drummer Elvin Jones and has worked with Roy Hargrove, Nicholas Payton and Kenny Garrett, and he leads his own groups around New York, including late sets at Smalls.
